Licence conditions (14)

Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
General Conditions
All staff will be trained by the management to ensure there is: a. no selling of alcohol to underage persons b. no drunk and/or disorderly behaviour on the premises c. no violent or anti-social behaviour d. no harm to children
Records will be kept of all staff training and they will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing authority, a Trading Standards officer or police officer.
There will be a senior member of staff on site at all times while the premises is open to the public. Crime and Disorder
A CCTV system will be installed and maintained to cover all entrances and exits and the interior of the premises.
Challenge 25 will be in operation and signage will be clearly displayed advising of this.
The Licensee will be a member of the local pubwatch/nightsafe scheme.
Staff training will include checking for ID if an underage customer is suspected and recording all refused sales.
A refusals log will be kept and maintained and will be made available to an authorisd officer of the licensing authority, a Trading Standards officer or police officer. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance
Signs requesting customers to leave the premises quietly will be clearly displayed.
The licensee will ensure any deliveries likely to cause disturbance to neighbours will be made at approriate times to avoid any disturbance.
Doors and windows shall remain closed, except for access and egress, after 2300 during the playing of live or recorded music inside the premises. Protection of children from harm
