There will be adequate numbers of staff on duty at all events to ensure the safety and security of those attending and working at the event.
All staff will be trained in their relevant responsibilities and records of that training will be retained.
CCTV will be operational at all times the Museum is open to the public and/or any private event. Images will be retained for 31 days and will be made available to any Police Officer or Local Authority Licensing Officer upon request.
Additional Security will be provided to support museum staff at evening events.
Each pre booked or evening event shall be assessed for risk and appropriate measures (such as additional stewarding) put in place.
Noise levels, especially during evening events will be monitored to prevent nuisance to those living or working nearby.
A 'Challenge 25' policy will be adopted where anyone who is attempting to purchase alcohol and who appears to be under the age of 25 will be asked to provide photographic identification.
