Records of all staff training will be maintained and kept on site. These will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority and a police officer. Prevention of crime and disorder
There will be a refusals log book detailing whenever a sale of alcohol is refused to a person who cannot prove they are over the age of 18 years. This log will be kept on the premises and will be made available to authorities on request.

For deliveries of alcohol, no supply may take place at the point of delivery if the person receiving the order appears to be under 18 years of age unless a recognised form of photographic ID is produced to the person making the delivery.
