  3. The assessment shall be reviewed and revisited whenever there is an issue or incident relevant to the assessment of the need for security. This can be done at a local level. Any changes to the overall assessment shall then be implemented.
  4. The current assessment shall be made available to the police upon reasonable request
  5. The store shall not open at any time solely for the sale of alcohol.
