No children to be allowed on the premises after 21.00 unless attending a private function.
Within a period of one month a Personal Licence Holder must be on the premises at all times whilst a licensable activity is taking place, save for in an emergency.
The CCTV shall be on and in operation during the hours that the premises are open for licensable activity.
The CCTV shall record at all times all entrances and exits to the premises.
The CCTV must be capable of recording all the internal public areas excluding the interior of the toilets.
The CCTV recordings be kept on the premises, unedited and for a period of not less than 31 days.
At any time when a licensable activity is being carried on, there shall be on the premises a person able both to operate the CCTV system and to download the footage on request from an officer authorised by the Licensing Act 2003, such a request to be complied with within 24 hours and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
All full-time management staff must be trained in the operation of the CCTV system and a record shall be kept of this training and retained on the premises for the duration of the staff member's employment.
On New Year's Eve from 20.00 hrs until the close of the premises there shall be a minimum of 2 SIA approved door staff. For all other private functions a recognised methodology risk assessment be undertaken, in written form, to comply with a regulated format to assess the need for door staff, which can be audited.
Every incident of crime or disorder shall be recorded in an incident book, such information to be retained on the premises for a period of not less than twelve months. Each record to contain the time, date and location of the incident, the nature of the incident, a description of the persons involved, if possible the names and contact details of the persons involved, the result of the incident and any action taken.
There shall be retained on the premises the details of all those persons who have been excluded from the premises and/or who are not to be permitted entry, such information to be retained for not less than twelve months.
There shall be easily visible signs at each exit to the premises requesting that customers leave quietly.
No persons shall be permitted to exit or enter the premises carrying drinking glasses or open glass bottles, when the premises are open, nor to use the smoking area between 23.00 hrs and closing time.
There shall be a Zero Tolerance Drugs Policy implemented at the premises whereby: (a) Signs be placed in visible locations at all entrances to the premises, all entrances to the toilets and in each of the toilet cubicles. (b) The signs shall state that no illegal drugs are allowed on the premises and that anyone found in possession of illegal drugs will be ejected from the premises.
When the premises are open for licensable activity all toilets be checked at least every hour for drug taking activity.
There shall be retained on the premises a record of each check of the toilets and of each illegal drugs related incident for 12 months which shall be made available to any responsible authority requesting the record within 24 hours of such request being made.
When private functions take place, or on New Year's Eve there shall be displayed clearly in the entrance to the premises a notice stating that the premises may search customers' bags and persons and that the premises may refuse entry to a customer who refuses to be searched.
There shall be random searches conducted of customers' bags and persons at private functions and on New Year's Eve and a record kept of the same.
There shall be retained on the premises the details of all those persons who have refused to be searched, such information to be retained for not less than 12 months.
The information to include details of the time and date of each incident, a description of the person who refused and, if possible, the name of the person.
There is to be no seating of any kind on the forecourt and customers may not consume alcohol on the forecourt.
