- The premises licence holder will risk assess the need for SIA security and shall employ SIA registered security in such numbers and on such days and at such times as the assessment identifies.
- Any relevant input or comment from the police, where made, shall be taken into account when undertaking such assessments.
- The assessment shall be reviewed and revisited whenever there is an issue or incident relevant to the assessment of the need for security. This can be done at a local level. Any changes to the overall assessment shall then be implemented.
- The current assessment shall be made available to the police upon reasonable request
- The store shall not open at any time solely for the sale of alcohol.
