Licence conditions (14)

Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
General Conditions
All persons on the premises will be on holiday and by virtue will have signed the terms and conditions stating the following:
Both the shop and bar are self service honesty method. Buyer will record purchase, cost and yurt, this will be calculated and bill settled prior to departure.
Parents/adults will be reminded of their conduct under the influence of alcohol, this is a family site and they will be asked to respect other residents. Crime and Disorder 1: The supply of alcohol will be by self-service 2: Alcohol will be stored in lockable fridges. The fridges will be unlocked during permitted hours. 3: Alcohol will only be re-stocked by a member of staff at which time the intoxication levels of customers will be assessed. If it appears that a person is displaying signs of intoxication to the point of drunkenness whether they have obtained alcohol from the self-serve fridges or not, the self- serve fridges will be locked and no further alcohol will be dispensed until such time as a staff member can be assured that the person(s) is no longer intoxicated. 4: The self-service area will be monitored by way of CCTV recording which will record at all times during permitted hours. 5: CCTV recordings shall be maintained for a minimum period of 14 days on a data storage system and must be made available to a member of Suffolk Constabulary or an officer of the local authority upon request. 6: If it appears that a person under 18 is displaying signs of intoxication whether they have obtained alcohol from the self-serve fridges or not, the self- serve fridges will be locked and no further alcohol will be dispensed until such time as a staff member can be assured that the person(s) is no longer intoxicated.
All persons on site will be residents or in isolated cases signed in visitors.
Site is aimed at couples and families, there will be no large groups of single sex parties. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance
No music will be played on the premises which may cause a disturbance to nearby residents/customers.
All persons consuming alcohol on the premises will be resident to the site therefore no dispersal of people from the premises. Protection of children from Harm
Children to be supervised by a parents or a responsible adult at all times.
There will be no advertising of alcohol anywhere on the premises.
Challenge 25 will be in operation. Proof of age cards will be requested for persons under 21 and/or look under 25.
Access will be prevented to the alcohol supplies outside of licensed hours.
