On occasions when regulated entertainment is being provided all windows at the premises shall remain closed
Other than for access and egress all doors (excepting any that have to locked open for public safety reasons) shall be kept closed when live or recorded music is provided at the premises
The electricity to the musical instruments shall be switched off at 22:50 hours.
The Licence holder shall arrange for external monitoring of the premises after 21;00 hours to monitor noise levels emanating from the premises.
The Licence holder shall arrange and host meetings every four months with local residents to address any concerns raised regarding the use of the premises
The premises shall close 30 (thirty) minutes after the latest hour authorised for regulated entertainment
