There shall be no admission, or readmission, to the premises after 22:30 hours, other than Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and the Sunday of the Easter May, Spring and August Bank Holidays when the last admission or readmission time shall be 23:00.
No music shall be provided in the beer garden at any time;
Where live or recorded music is to be played at any time during the night hours (23:00 to 07:00 hours the following day) noise from the playing of live or recorded music shall be inaudible at the façade of nearby residential premises.
Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed at all exit doors reminding patrons to leave quietly .
No regulated entertainment shall be provided in a manner that obstructs any access into or out of the premises.
The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 21" scheme. This scheme operates on the basis that, whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years or over, any person who appears under 21 years of age shall be required to provide ID. Notices to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises and the only ID accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be: a. proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; b. passport; c. UK photo driving licence; d. other form of ID as agreed with the Licensing Authority
A "Challenge book", or similar record, shall be kept at the premises in which shall be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances under which any challenge has been made. This shall also include any attempted purchase by a person under 18 years of age or unable to provide acceptable ID of their age has been refused. This book or other form of record shall be made available for inspection by any police or council officer upon demand.
