The Prevention of Crime and Disorder:
There shall be no responsible drinks promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption.
A CCTV system will be in operation capable of 31 day capture with download to external media whilst on operation at the reasonable request to the police.
Public Safety:
We already understand our obligations under obligations under health and safety legislation and have policies and practices in place to meet these obligations.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance:
Management will liaise with local residents as part of their responsibility and resolve any reasonable concerns.
