General
All staff shall receive adequate training to uphold each of the licensing objectives and training records shall be maintained at the premises and made available to authorised officers of the Police Service and Licensing Authority.
Public Safety
No additional measures other than compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and its associated regulations and the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005.
Prevention of public nuisance
Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all public exits from the premises requesting customers respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly.
Waste from the premises shall not be stored nor disposed of at a time or in a manner which may cause a public nuisance.
The placing of refuse, such as bottles, into receptacles outside the premises shall not take place between 23:00 and 07:00 hours.
Customers permitted to temporarily leave and then re-enter the premises shall not be permitted to take unsealed drinks or glass containers with them.
Protection of Children from harm
The licence holder shall adopt a challenge 25 policy. Such policy shall require all customers who appear to be under the age of 25 and attempting to purchase alcohol or other age restricted products to produce, on request and before being served, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either-
(a) a holographic mark, or
(b) an ultraviolet feature.
