Licence conditions (1)

The following non-standard timings shall apply in respect of sale of alcohol and other licensable activities – 1 extra hour on Sundays preceding bank holiday Mondays, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day and any bona-fide private functions, occurring Sunday to Thursday, pre- arranged at least 48hrs before the date of the event, details of which must be appropriately recorded in a diary made available for inspection by the relevant authorities if necessary. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing pictures of evidential quality and in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises, all areas where the sale or supply of alcohol occurs and all areas to which the public have access. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly timed and dated. Recordings will be retained for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The recording equipment being of a digital hard drive system shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. All bookings for private functions shall be risk assessed by the Premises Licence Holder/Designated Premises Supervisor to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to prevent nuisance, crime and disorder. No open vessels, glasses, bottles or alcohol containers will be allowed to be taken beyond the delineated Licensed Area as indicated on the deposited plan. A zero tolerance drugs policy is to be adopted by the premises. This should include regular checks of the toilet areas and a record kept which will be made available to the Police or Local Authority approved officer on request.
