Live or recorded music played outside, will be inaudible at the boundary of the Premises and regular checks will be made to ensure this is the case and these checks will be logged and shown to those in the Responsible Authorities when requested.
After 2100 when music is being played inside all windows will remain closed and doors apart from access and egress.
CCTV shall be installed on the premises and fully maintained, showing correct date and time information. The CCTV will cover internal public areas and external doorways, smoking area, beer garden and external areas at the front of the premises. The CCTV shall provide clear images of good quality and shall capture images of people entering and exiting the premises. The premises licence holder must ensure that staff are able to make copies available at the request of the Police or other authorised licensing authority within 24 hours. CCTV footage must be retained for minimum of 31 days.
The premises licence holder will conduct a risk assessment for every organised event involving licensable activity that is booked to take place inside the club house and using the patio area, to determine the requirement of SIA door supervision. Risk assessments shall be retained for twelve months and available to inspection by a police officer or responsible authority.
Staff training shall be undertaken on staff appointment and updated every 6 months.

An incident log shall be maintained on the premises documenting the date and time of any incidents involving the premises which could undermine the four licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following:- a) All crimes reported at the venue. b) All ejections of patrons c) Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder. d) All drugs seized or found. e) Any incidents of disorder. f) Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy. g) Persons banned from the premises. h) Whether Club Certificate or Premises Licence is operating on the day in question.
There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by the DPS
The Premises Licence Holder shall adopt a 'Challenge 25' policy on the premises, this will include displaying posters and challenging customers who look under 25 and requesting approved photo ID such as Passports on phot Driving Licences as proof of age. These challenges will be recorded and shown to responsible authorities on request.
Signage shall be displayed in a prominent position on the premises requesting that customers leave quietly and respect the neighbourhood
The toilets shall be checked every two hours and a record of these checks maintained and visible to patrons, this will include checking for drugs and associated paraphernalia.
When organised events take place on the playing field, that involve licensable activity attended by 200 people or more, there shall be a minimum of 2 SIA door supervisors on duty and then 1 SIA door supervisor for every 150 attendees thereafter, from the commencement of the event, until the event and club house both close and dispersal.
A register of door supervisors employed will be maintained. This register will record their name, SIA Door Supervisor Licence number, contact details and be signed by the Door Supervisor as well as an authorised member of the premises management team.
A personal licence holder to be on duty on New Year's Eve, from 2000hrs until the premises closes.
A personal licence holder to be on duty at all organised events where licensable activity is taking place on the playing field, from 2000hrs until the premises closes.
Where organised events are held that involve licensable activity and 300 attendees or more will be in attendance, the premises licence holder will complete a Traffic Management Plan to facilitate safe entry and exit for vehicle users and pedestrians attending the licensed premises.
Where organised events are held that involve licensable activity and 1000 attendees or more will be in attendance, the premises licence holder will complete an Event Management Plan, signed off by an accredited Event Safety Coordinator, which shall be made available to the Safety Advisory Group, two months before the planned event.
To reduce noise there will be a Taxi partnership to allow customers to be collected from the club by pre booked licensed cabs.
Plastic glasses will be used for customers drinking outside.
When the outside area is in use glasses will be removed if finished with and litter cleared on a regular basis.
Accidents occurring at the Premises will be recorded in a book.
All Health & safety requirements and risk assessments will be kept up to date as well as all onsite certificates.
