Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
The licence holder shall regularly train staff in the responsible sale of alcohol as well as anti-social behaviour and these training records will be kept on the premises and will be available for inspection by an authorised officer on request. The Prevention of crime and disorder.
