Licence conditions (3)

Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
General Conditions Crime and Disorder The licence holder/DPS will adopt the Challenge 25 scheme with clear signage throughout the premises, and staff training provided to ensure compliance. The licence holder/DPS will have a recordable CCTV in operation with clear visibility in all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs. Access of the CCTV film will be available for at least 28 days and an appointed member of staff will be available to download the film for the police and local authority officers on demand. The licence holder/DPS will have an ejection policy covering drunkenness, disorder, drug use or violence and an incident book will be maintained. Permanent exclusion will be considered where necessary. The licence holder will ensure staff involved in the sale of alcohol are trained in responsible alcohol retailing. Training details will be kept on the premises. Public Safety Empty glasses will be cleared promptly. Exits will be kept clear and safe. Fire and smoke alarms will be installed and regularly tested and maintained. A risk assessment folder will be introduced and reviewed regularly. Regular gas and electrical safety checks will be carried out by licensed engineers. Prevention of Public Nuisance Drunk or aggressive people will not be allowed on the premises and will not be served. Signs will be posted at exits to request respect and quiet for neighbours. Protection of children from harm The Challenge 25 scheme will be adopted.
