General Conditions All staff will be made aware of the licensing objectives and the measures described in this schedule in order to maintain the licensing objectives. A log of the staff training, including names of staff and dates trained, will be kept available on the premises at all times Crime and Disorder
All staff will be trained in the prevention of serving alcohol to young people. To prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years suitable proof of age (passport, drivers licence or citizencard) will be sought from all customers who appear to be under the age of 21.
The premises will be fitted with a security alarm.
The cash register draw will be left open and empty at the close of business. Public Safety A first-aid kit will be provided to enable first-aid treatment to be given promptly in the event of injury to patrons or staff Prevention of Public Nuisance The placement of bottles into receptacles outside the premises will take place no later than 23:00 hours in order to prevent disturbance to nearby properties. Protection of children from harm All staff will be trained in the prevention of serving alcohol to young people. To prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years suitable proof of age (passport, drivers licence or citizencard) will be sought from all customers under the age of 21.
