General The premises operates as a food led restaurant serving rotisserie chicken and Italian sandwiches. The premises licence shall ensure that alcohol will primary be sold to customers who are dining at the premises. The premises licence holder shall ensure that notices are prominently displayed in the premises to advise patrons and staff that a ‘Challenge 25’ scheme operates in the premises The premises licence holder shall ensure that training records are kept current, the training is to include responsible alcohol retailing and proxy sales. Records are kept and available for inspection by authorised officers upon request. The prevention of crime and disorder The premises licence holder shall ensure that there will be a refusals register maintained and available to authorities upon request. Public safety The premises licence holder shall ensure that the premises is kept clean, well lit and free from hazards. The premises licence holder shall ensure that staff are trained in Fire Safety, evacuation and incident reporting. The premises license holder shall ensure that First Aid kits are available onsite. The prevention of public nuisance The premises licence holder shall ensure that there is a sign displayed on the premises reminding customers to leave quietly and respect residents. The premises licence holder shall ensure that waste disposal is managed responsibly to avoid disturbance. The protection of children from harm The premises licence holder shall ensure a Challenge 25 policy will be implemented requiring all customers who appear to be under the age of 25 to produce photographic identification.
