Licence conditions (35)

No unaccompanied children under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises during the operation of the licence at any time.
Accompanied children and youths (under the age of 18) will be required to vacate the premises by 21.00 hours on every Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday Sunday. At all other times the presence of children shall be risk assessed by the DPS.
There will be no live or recorded music played on the premises.
Before alcohol is served to a customer who appears to be under the age of 18 the customer shall be required to produce a PASS (or equivalent) proof of age card, photo driving licence, passport or other proof of identity and age.
Licensable activities shall be permitted in the area on the plan shown as "customer area" only, and in no other parts of the premises.
The premises licence holder shall risk assess the need for door supervisors at the premises and/or employ such door supervisors at such times and in such numbers as deemed necessary by the risk assessment and/or at any other times upon agreement with the Police.
CCTV equipment shall be retained in use at all times the licence has effect.
No public access to the premises shall occur through the rear fire doors. This condition shall not restrict the use of the doors in the event of an emergency.
Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed at all exit doors reminding patrons to leave quietly.
The cooking or preparation of late night refreshment shall finish at midnight except for the supply of tea, coffee and beverages of a like kind that may be provided at all times during which the sale of alcohol is permitted.
The provision of late night refreshment shall be restricted to refreshment for consumption on the premises only.
No waste shall be deposited in external storage containers between 23:00 hours and 07:00 hours the following day. No articles or materials (including waste) shall be placed or deposited in the rear yard or car park between 23:00 hours and 07:00 hours the following day.
No deliveries or removals involving access to or the use of the rear car park and service yard shall take place between the hours of 23:00 hours and 07:00 hours the following day.
Lighting under the control of the applicant serving the rear of the premises shall not cause nuisance to the occupiers of nearby properties.
For the purpose of paragraph 6(8) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 this licence is subject to the effect of restrictions contained in the Licensing Act 1964 and the Children and Young Persons Act 1933,which include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the hours authorised under this licence, however this restriction does not prohibit:
During the first twenty minutes after the authorised hour, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
Consumption of alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale of supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises;
The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces;
The taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there;
The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or
The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, if the alcohol is supplied at the expenses of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
ii) No child shall be employed:
So long as he is under the age of fourteen years;
To do any work other than light work;
Before the close of school hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
Before seven o'clock in the morning or after seven o'clock in the evening on any day;
For more than two hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
For more than two hours on any Sunday;
Five hours in any day on which he is not required to attend school, and which is not a Sunday;
For more than thirty-five hours or, if he is under the age of fifteen years, for more than twenty-five hours in any week in which he is not required to attend school;
For more than four hours in any day without a rest break of one hour; or
At any time in a year unless at that time he has had, or could still have, during a period in the year in which he is not required to attend school, at least two consecutive weeks without employment.
