Licence conditions (13)

A tamper proof CCTV shall be in use at the premises at all times when the venue is operating. This CCTV system shall be used and maintained in conjunction with the manufacturer’s instructions. (this system to be implemented no later than 01/05/19)
CCTV images shall be retained for a period of at least 28 days and those images shall be made available upon request by an officer of the responsible authorities.
An age verification scheme, such as ‘Challenge 25’ shall be in operation at all times when the sale of alcohol is taking place. A notice displaying such a scheme is in operation shall be displayed at the point of sale.
Staff shall receive suitable training in matters relevant to the licensing objectives and a copy of the training records shall be kept up to date and maintained by the licensee.
No person under the age of 18 shall be allowed in the licensed area of the premises unless accompanied by an adult between the hours of 1100 - 2100.
No person under the age of 18 shall be allowed in the licensed area of the premises after 2100.
The licensed area of the premises shall be separated within the venue by a form of barrier or cordon.
A member of staff shall be situated behind the counter area where alcohol is sold at all times when the licence is in operation.
No off sales shall be allowed.
Any sales of alcohol for consumption on the premises must be ancillary to the main function of the premises as a Family Entertainment Centre.
Staff will monitor the consumption of alcohol on the premises
Customers causing disruption will be asked to leave.
Staff will discourage large groups from congregating on and around the premises to reduce the chance of public nuisance.
