A CCTV system shall be designed, installed and operated in accordance with the recommendations of the Police and the Licensing Authority.

A tamper proof CCTV shall be in use at the premises at all times when the venue is operating. This CCTV system shall be used and maintained in conjunction with the manufacturers instructions.
CCTV images shall be retained for a period of at least 28 days and those images shall be made available upon request by an officer of the responsible authorities.
An age verification scheme, such as ‘Challenge 25’ shall be in operation at all times when the sale of alcohol is taking place. A notice displaying such a scheme is in operation shall be displayed at the point of sale.
Staff shall receive suitable training in matters relevant to the licensing objectives and a copy of the training records shall be kept up to date and maintained by the licensee.
No person under the age of 18 shall be allowed in the bar or restaurant area of the premises unless accompanied by an adult and all those under the age of 18 must vacate the bar and restaurant by 21:00hrs
Notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and businesses and leave the area quietly
