Licence conditions (14)

All doors and windows are closed during the performance of regulated live entertainment.
Each socket outlet circuit or individual socket outlets used for public entertainment shall be protected by an integral residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA (0.03 amps). Every such circuit and residual current device shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an authorised officer of the authority.
There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials for the use of customers.
All licensing objectives will be promoted and staff training will be ongoing to ensure we are up-to-date with legislation and any guidance given by the local authority or interested bodies.
We will offer a “call a taxi service”.
We will work closely with Police and other bodies linked with local “pub watch” scheme.
We will undertake appropriate risk assessments.
Clearly sign exits from building.
All exits to be signed to display notice asking customers to be aware of the needs of local residents and to leave respectfully.
All empty bottles and rubbish to be disposed of correctly and at times that will not cause concern.
Ensure any noise levels are monitored as not to cause concern to local residents.
Ensure we operate a strict “ask 25” policy and that all staff are aware of this.
No children to be unaccompanied on premises.
Any films or plays will have appropriate age limitations displayed and these will be strictly adhered to.
