Licence conditions (19)

Customers shall be shown to their table, they are served food in the form of a substantial table meal that is prepared on the premises and is consumed at the table using non disposable crockery and cutlery.
A comprehensive CCTV system that ensures that all areas of the licensed premises are monitored, including all entry points and which enable frontal identification of every person entering in any light condition.
All cameras shall continually record whist the premises are in operation, and the recording shall be kept available for a minimum of 31 days, with time and date stamping.
Recording shall be made available to a duly authorised Council officer or a police officer together with facilities for viewing.
The recordings for the preceding 31days shall be made available immediately on request. The CCTV system shall be operated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
Notices shall be displayed at the exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Where a customer aged 18 years or over indicates that they are purchasing alcohol for a 16 or 17 year old to drink with their meal, the 16 or 17 year old shall also be required to produce a valid proof of age.
The use of the any outside seating area shall not be permitted at any time.
No alcoholic beverages in glass containers shall be taken outside the premises by customers at any time.

This book, or record, shall be kept on the premises at all times they are open and shall be made available for inspection immediately upon demand by any police or community support officer or authorised person. Management shall frequently check the book to ensure all staff are using it.
An incident log book will be maintained by the premises that details incidents of note that occur in the premises. This shall include refused sales, disorder, and ejections as a minimum. The log book shall be kept on the premises and be available for inspection at all times the premises is open and management shall regularly check the book to ensure all staff are using it.
