The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by Bexley Council.
No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises;
Alcohol and other drinks shall not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose;
Prominent, clear and legible signs shall be displayed at all exits requesting customers to leave quietly, with due regard to residents;
Where CCTV is installed with recording facilities such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and shall be made available upon request to the police or licensing authority
Noise and Vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
