Licence conditions (8)

Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the justices licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following:
Public entertainment may be provided by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programme included in any other service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound; and
ii) Private entertainment, that is to say dancing and music, may be provided and promoted for private gain.
Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23:00 hours to 07:00 hours the following day), noise from the provision of the entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade of nearby residential premises.
Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed at all exit doors reminding patrons to "please leave quietly".
The use of the external areas by patrons of the premises shall cease at 22.00 hours after which time the area may be used for smoking only but not for any licensable activity or the consumption of food or beverages.
On Monday to Thursday children shall not be permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours; and on Fridays and Saturdays children shall not be permitted on the premises after 20:00 hours.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
