Conditions carried over from Licensing Act 1964 (Justices' 'Club' Licence):
1) No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise to
a) A member of the club who has been a member for at least 2 days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least 2 days before his admission
b) A guest of such a member
c) A person whose admission to the club premises is provided for by the rules of the club.
2) No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises except to a member in person.
3) A copy of the club rules shall be deposited with the Clerk to the Justice.
4) No alteration shall be made to the rules of the club providing for the admission of persons other than members without the consent of the Licensing Justices.
5) No application shall be made under the authority of the Licence for the grant of an occasional licence.
