Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club Operating Schedule:General description of club:· The singe storey pavilion lies approximately 80m from the B651 St Albans to Wheathampstead Road and is adjacent to Nomansland Common opposite the Wicked Lady public house. The wooded common lies to one side and the rear. The pitches are in front of the pavilion and the forth side is an area used as a car park. The nearest dwelling is at least 35m from the pavilion. Consumption of alcohol will occur within the pavilion. Adult entertainment: · Wheathampstead Cricket Club Members and the opposing club members attend with their families and in these circumstances no such 'entertainment' is provided or will be allowed. Should the pavilion be used/hired as a fund raising venue for either the club or a private party and as implied by the guidance note no children will be allowed. The event would be supervised and by invitation only. General - all 4 licensing objectives:· The club is supervised by a managing committee which includes the bar chairman. In the majority of times it is the bar chairman who 'runs' the bar, secures it and locks the pavilion at the end of each sporting day. The prevention of crime and disorder:· The senior members of the club and team captains roles include preventing crime and disorder. See also the clubs constitution: codes of conduct. Public safety:· Being set in an area of common land nothing beyond the existing health and safety/fire safety regulations is anticipated. The prevention of public nuisance:· As indicated in [the prevention of crime and disorder] and [public safety] above.The protection of children from harm:· Children, whether the families of club members or visitors are supervised by their parents or responsible adults.
