Licence conditions (29)
  1. Conditions carried over from Licensing Act 1964 (Justices' 'Club' Licence):
  2. 1) No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise to
  3. a) A member of the club who has been a member for at least 2 days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least 2 days before his admission
  4. b) A guest of such a member
  5. c) A person whose admission to the club premises is provided for by the rules of the club.
  6. 2) No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises except to a member in person.
  7. 3) A copy of the club rules shall be deposited with the Clerk to the Justice.
  8. 4) No alteration shall be made to the rules of the club providing for the admission of persons other than members without the consent of the Licensing Justices.
  9. 5) No application shall be made under the authority of the Licence for the grant of an occasional licence.
  10. Additional Steps Taken in order to Promote the Four Licensing Objectives:

  20. Follow the child protection policy set down by the English golf union.
  21. Age of all junior members provided to bar staff.
  22. Live Music:- Indoors only. Occasional music performers.
  23. Recorded Music:- Indoors only. Occasional recorded music at dinners and similar functions.
  24. Performances of Dance:- Indoors only. Occasional dancing at dinners and similar functions.
  25. Provision of Facilities for Making Music:- Indoors only. CD and Tape. Provision of CD and tape machine to provide music for members and guests when required.
  26. Provision of Facilities for Dancing:- Indoors only. Provision of small dance floor for members and guests when required.
  27. Late Night Refreshment:- Indoors and Outdoors. Continuation of meals provided during the evening in dining room and barbecue on patio.
  28. Supply of Alcohol:- Drinking up time to become thirty minutes every day.
  29. Hours Open to the Public:- Premises are not open to the public - only members and others permitted by the rules.
