- Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
- Conditions carried over from: Licensing Act 1964 (Justices 'on' Licence)
- 1) No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises licensed other than for consumption in the main hall and ancillary rooms.
- 2) Intoxicating liquor shall only be supplied to members of the Sandridge Youth and Sports Community Association, Sandridge Rovers Football Club and Sandridge Cricket Club and their bona fide guests, to members and supporters of visiting sporting teams and to persons attending any function at Sandridge Village Hall approved by Sandridge Youth and Sports Community Association.Conditions Carried over from Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982:Under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982:Public music and dancing and public entertainment of the like kind on weekdays between the hours of 12.00hrs and 00.00hrs. Sundays between the hours of 16.30hrs and 22.00hrs.This Licence is subject to the provisions of the said Act, to the Regulations and Conditions now or from time to time made by the local Council and to any Additional Conditions included on this Licence.Additional Conditions
- 1) The electrical installation shall be inspected at least once in every five years, or such lesser period as is considered appropriate to the individual case, by a competent electrical engineer appointed by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises and a certificate stating the condition of the installation shall after each inspection, be forwarded to the Council by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises.
- 2) The number of persons (excluding staff and attendants) to be allowed at any one time in the licensed premises shall not exceed: 200
- Licensing Act 2003Section 19: Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
- (1) Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions. (2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
- (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
- (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
- (3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
- The prevention of crime and disorder:
- · Premises only open to authorised users - no general public admission
- · CCTV is already installed at entrance of car park viewing both the building and the access area
- Public safety:
- · Checks are made regularly to all safety equipment - i.e. fire equipment and electrical certificate held in accordance with public entertainment licence
- The prevention of public nuisance:

- · Regular monitoring and restriction to music levels with volume control
- · Avoiding excessive noise at and from the premises
- The protection of children from harm:
- · Under 16s are not permitted in the bar area and therefore the adjoining main hall is made available for families
- Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
- · The Sub-Committee removed the following condition from the converted premises licence under Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions number 3: 'No application shall be made under the authority of the Licence for the grant of an Occasional Licence.'
- · To deliver a notice specifying a contact telephone number for Sandridge Rovers Football Club to all premises designated in the attached plan by the 30 April 2006
- · To display a notice visible from the exterior of the club premises showing the contact telephone number
- · The doors and windows of the club facing Hopkins Crescent to be kept closed after 21.00 hours
- · Suitable and conspicuous notices to be displayed at all exits reminding members and guests that it is a residential area and to leave quietly
- · When children are allowed on the premises, there will be no smoking or alternatively, children will be in an enclosed non-smoking room separated by a closed door from smoking areas.
