Licence conditions (17)

Waiting staff will be employed to remove empty bottles/glasses from the bar, restaurant and courtyard areas.
Toilets and outside areas will be regularly monitored to deter crime/disorder.
Staff will be trained in relation to preventing illegal drug use/abuse on the premises.
Excess stock will be secured in the cellar area.
Any Health and Safety or Fire Risk assessments will be kept on site and will be made available upon request to any Police officer or Local Authority Licensing Officer.
Numbers of persons inside and outside the premises will be strictly monitored to ensure no overcrowding takes place.
Waste will be removed on a weekly basis and at times that does not cause nuisance to neighbours or residents.
CCTV to be fitted to a Standard agreed by the Police that complies with the CCTV Code of Practice (Latest Edition) produced by the information commissioners office with all public areas including all access and egress points covered. This is also to include all exit doors, alleyways or other areas used for the ejection of customers.
The CCTV shall be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
CCTV shall be operational at all times that members of the public are on the premises.
Images will be retained for a period of at least 1 calendar month by whatever means the licence holder deems appropriate.
The Police or local Authority will be allowed to take a copy of any recording by way of tape, CD Rom, DVD, memory stick or any other suitable format within 48hrs of a request for the images being made.
The premises will become a member of the Maid Safe radio system and this will be monitored at all times the premises are trading.
The premises will undertake the 'Challenge 25' scheme where any person who is attempting to purchase alcohol or play a gaming machine and who appears to be under the age of 25 years, is required to provide valid photographic ID.
This ID shall be a valid 'new type' driving licence with photograph, valid UK Passport or official armed forces ID card.
All staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol will be trained in the Challenge 25 scheme and such training will be recorded.
The outside areas to be managed in order to prevent any potential public nuisance issues.
