Licence conditions (13)

Children No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies:
(1) He is the child of the holder of the premises licence.
(2) He resides in the premises, but is not employed there.
(3) He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of the premises which is not a bar and to or from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress.
(4) The bar is in railway refreshment rooms or other premises constructed, fitted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancillary. In this condition "bar" includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is usual for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of table meals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as an ancillary to their table meals. Late Night Refreshment The sale of hot food and drink is permitted until 30 minutes after the end of permitted hours. Private Entertainment Dancing, music or other entertainment of the like kind which is not a public entertainment but which is promoted for private gain is permitted without any hour's limitation. Protection of Children If more than one hundred persons under 14 ("juniors") are attending an entertainment for juniors or an entertainment at which the majority of those attending are juniors, there shall be sufficient adult attendants, properly instructed as to their duties: (a) to prevent more juniors or other persons being admitted to the building or part thereof than the building or part can properly accommodate; and (b) to control the movement of juniors and other persons admitted while entering and leaving the building or part; and to take all reasonable precautions for the safety of the children. No person under the age of 17 years shall take part in any performance in which his life or limbs are endangered.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
CCTV shall be installed and kept in good working order at all times. The CCTV shall be continually recording and all images retained by way of video or a digital system for a minimum of thirty one days. The Licensing Authority and local Police Authority shall have access to these images at all reasonable times

Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits / in the beer garden/outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
Recorded music shall be played at a volume to create 'background music'.
Protection of Children from Harm
No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted on the premises after 20.00hrs unless accompanied by an adult. An advisory sign shall be displayed stating this information.
