  1. All staff members receive thorough training on responsible alcohol sales, conflict resolution, and recognizing signs of intoxication. This includes regular refresher courses to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
  2. CCTV cameras throughout the premises, covering both the interior and exterior with footage stored securely for review by authorities.
  3. A logbook is maintained to record any incidents of crime or disorder.
  4. We will strictly enforce a Challenge 25 policy, requiring anyone who appears under 25 to present valid ID before purchasing alcohol. Clear signage will be displayed to inform customers of this policy.
  5. We prioritize the safety of our customers and the community. We will maintain a well-lit, clean, and secure environment inside and outside the premises. Regular risk assessments will be conducted to identify and address any potential hazards. Our staff will be trained in safety procedures, including handling emergencies and managing customer behaviour to ensure a safe shopping experience for everyone.
