The racecourse management shall adopt a zero tolerance approach to the supply and use of any controlled substances within the racecourse complex and co-operate with the police at all times.
Noise control; A set monitoring strategy is actioned depending on the type of event.
This will ensure that the sound level for outdoor events will not exceed 10Db LAeq (15 minutes) above background levels at the boundary of any neighbouring residential dwelling.
A Fire Risk Assessment will be carried out to determine the maximum occupancy in each area of the premises for any events taking place.
