Licence conditions (14)

CCTV shall be installed on the premises showing correct date and time information.
The CCTV will cover internal public areas, the outdoor bar, service area, decking, patio, smoking area(s) and front of building. The CCTV shall provide images of good quality in all lighting conditions and shall capture frontal images of people entering and exiting the premises. The premises licence holder must ensure the CCTV is in good order and regularly maintained and that staff are able to make copies available at the request of the Police or other authorised licensing authority on request. CCTV footage must be retained for a minimum of 14 days.
Staff training shall be recorded and updated every 6 months. Training shall cover: • The licensing objectives. • The requirements for ID as part of age verification. • Dealing with an intoxicated person • Dealing with disorderly incidents /disorderly persons • Dealing with drug related activity on a licenced premise. • Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol. • Recording of incidents • Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults • Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote the licensing objectives. • All training records will be available to an authorised officer on request.
An incident log shall be maintained on the premises, which documents the date and time of any incidents involving the premises, which could undermine the licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: i. All crimes reported at the venue. ii. All ejections of patrons iii. Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder. iv. All drugs seized or found. v. Any incidents of disorder vi. Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy. vii. Persons banned from the premises.
The other local pubs, as well as the racecourse, will be warned of any incidents or refusals. Our WhatsApp group will be used to facilitate this.
There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least monthly) by the DPS.
The Premises Licence Holder shall ensur e a 'Challenge 21 or 25 'policy is always adopted on the premises. S ignage of the 'C hallenge 21 or 25 'polic y shall be prominently displayed on the premises.
Challenge 25 is in place and staff all will be trained to understand how this works;.
Acceptable ID is a driving licence, passport national proof of age card.
During busy days the garden gates are to be padlocked open to ensure a quick evacuation if needed.
All garden furniture will be regularly checked for any damage. The play area is checked weekly.
Loud or unsociable groups are not to be served and asked to refrain from behaviour or leave.
a) All doors and windows shall be kept closed from 23.00 hrs including the kitchen and food preparation areas except for ingress and egress purposes. b) Notices shall be displayed at all exits and in the car park requesting customers to leave the premises quietly. This message to be reinforced by the Designated Premises Supervisor or Duty Manager. c) The Designated Premises Supervisor or Duty Manager shall be responsible for monitoring the orderly departure of patrons from the car park and ensuring the car park is closed to non residents after the public house has closed. d) The Designated Premises Supervisor or Duty Manager shall use their best endeavours to ensure that no glasses or bottles are removed from the premises by departing patrons. e) No food or alcohol is to be served or consumed outside the premises after 22.00 Sunday to Thursday and 23.00 Friday and Saturday. f) No children under the age of 16 to be allowed in the bar or entertainment areas after
00 hrs. g) When children under the age of 16 are present all entertainment shall be of a suitable content.
