Full CCTV coverage of entrances, bars and public areas, with retention facilities for a minimum of 30 days for inspection purposes.

A risk assessment will be carried out to determine the number of door staff, if any, required on duty at the hotel on each day the hotel is open to the public.
No staged bands with amplified music will be allowed outside in the hotel grounds.
No firework displays will be held in the grounds of the hotel.
A monitoring strategy will be established in and around the hotel and will be actioned and recorded by a competent employee to ensure that the sound levels for indoor / outdoor functions does not disturb local residents in the area and will not exceed 5dB LAeq (15 minutes) above background levels at the boundaries of residential dwellings.
Signage will request that patrons respect the rights of neighbouring residents and leave the hotel premises quietly.
A challenge 21 policy will be operated in accordance with the current guidelines produced by the British Beer & Pub Association.
Training, including refresher training at regular intervals, will be provided for all staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol concerning the licensing laws. Written records will be kept of all training that is carried out, such records will include details of the names of persons trained, date of training, and a summary of the matters covered in the training including the materials used. Training records shall be kept on site for a minimum of two years and will be available for inspection by any authorised officer
