- The racecourse management shall adopt a zero tolerance approach to the supply and use of any controlled substances within the racecourse complex and co-operate with the police at all times.
- Noise control; A set monitoring strategy is actioned depending on the type of event.
- This will ensure that the sound level for outdoor events will not exceed 10Db LAeq (15 minutes) above background levels at the boundary of any neighbouring residential dwelling.
- A Fire Risk Assessment will be carried out to determine the maximum occupancy in each area of the premises for any events taking place.
