Licence conditions (21)

Outdoor performances/events of live music or recorded music shall be limited to 4 events per calendar year and shall cease by 23:30.
To install internal CCTV to allow camera to encompass all ingress, egress and include all areas to which the public have access, including fire escapes, stairwells and where the supply of alcohol occurs (except w/c's).
The CCTV will be recording at all times the premises are open to the public.
Equipment to be maintained in good working order, be correctly time and date stamped, kept on the hard drive for 31 days and handed to police on request.
The premises licence and or DPS will be capable and competent at downloading footage in a recordable format to Police and Local authorities upon request.
The police or local authority will be given a copy of any CCTV within 48 hrs upon request.
The DPS will be responsible for maintaining an incident book on site and will log any incidents regardless of police attendance.
We will undertake the Challenge 25 Scheme and training given.
Only a photographic driving licence, passport or PASS will be accepted as proof of age.
