  1. No alterations to the premises which render it impossible to comply with any existing licensing conditions will be made without first seeking a variation of the premises licence. Prevention of crime and disorder
  2. Consumption of alcohol will be restricted to the area detailed on accompanying plan.
  3. Proof of age will be requested from persons suspected of being under 18 years of age.
  4. There will be no price reduction promotions. Public safety
  5. External lighting provided during period of licensable activity at all times.
  6. Escape routes will be free from obstruction.
  7. Escape route doors will be unlocked during licensable activity.
  8. Full first aid kit on premises at all times.
  9. Fire escape signs twill be provided to indicate direction to safety.
  10. The licence holder shall ensure valid public liability insurance is in place. Prevention of public nuisance
  11. The licence holder shall be responsible for the disposal of litter on frontage of the premises.
  12. There will be adequate and suitable (lidded) receptables to receive and store refuse from the premises and these will be emptied regularly. Protection of children from harm
  13. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years.
  14. Children will not be allowed on the premises after 21:30 unless they are dining with adults.
