General Conditions
The Licensee will ensure that house managers are adequately trained on dealing with illegal activities and aggressive customers.
Staff will be trained on communication with customers when service is refused for no proof of ID or drunkeness. Crime and Disorder
External lighting will be provided covering car parks and external walk ways and will always be used during hours of darkness when any form of licensable activity is taking place.
CCTV will be installed on the premises by the Licensee and maintained in full working order as far as reasonably practicable. All recordings will be retained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an officer when requested.
The Licensee/DPS will actively participate in a local pub watch/night safe scheme(s) (or similar) where such a scheme operates within the locality of the premises.
A sensible drinking policy will be in place, including restrictions on discounting and promotions, sale to under 18's and drunk persons.
The Licensee will ensure that no person other than the hotel guests or companions of such a guest, or an employee, shall be admitted to the premises between 0100 to 0600 the following morning Sunday to Thursday and 0130 to 0600 the following morning on Friday and Saturday (except for non standard timings. All external windows and doors will be kept shut (except for access and egress) when there is amplified regulated entertainment taking place.
The Licensee will ensure that adequate steps are in place (e.g. sufficient staff on site) to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly.
The volume of the amplification system for any description of musical entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
Unamplified and amplified regulated entertainment shall be allowed only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 12.00 mid-day until 19.00hrs within any tent, marquee, or similar temporary structure situated within the outdoor area of the premises, and there shall be no regulated entertainment within any tent, marquee or similar temporary structure situated within the outdoor area of the premises on Sundays and from 19.00 onwards on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
The Licensee will ensure that empty bottles and glasses are collected regularly both inside and outside the licensed premises.
External areas will not be used after 23:00 Sunday to Thursdays, 24:00 Friday and Saturdays with an additional half an hour for hotel guests every day of the week. With an exception given for smokers and for access and egress to the building. Protection of children from harm

All members of staff at the premises will seek PASS accredited proof of age cards, photo driving licences or passports from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises.
