Licence conditions (12)

There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public (or member and their guests) notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly. (Note: this may also include reference to vehicles.)
The premises licence applicant shall carry out risk assessments with regards to the licensing objectives.
A digital CCTV system covering all areas of the licensed premises, including all public entry and exit points, shall be installed. The CCTV cameras will continually record whilst the premises are being used for licensable activities and the recordings shall be kept for a minimum of 31 days, with date and time stamping. All records and images (digital e.g. flash drives, hard drives etc. or hard copies of images) shall be securely stored.
A staff member shall always be on duty and be able to produce relevant images (either digital or hard copy) when requested by the police or any other authorised officer. Staff will be trained to operate the system and there shall be training records kept and made available to authorised officers upon request.
The DPS shall ensure that a written statement of authorisation is produced and kept on the premises listing all people who are authorised to sell alcohol. This notice will be made available upon request by any authorised officer.
All staff who are authorised shall be able to identify themselves by means of ID if requested.
An incident log, (which may be electronically recorded) shall be kept at the premises for at least 6 months and made available to the police or any other authorised officer. This will log the following details: • All crimes reported to the venue or by the venue to the police. • All ejections of patrons. • Any incidents of disorder. • Any faults in the CCTV system. • Any visit by an officer of a responsible authority or emergency service. • All refused sales of alcohol.
The premises will be maintained in a safe manner at all times.
All exits shall be clear of hazards.
All refuse shall be disposed of in an appropriate manner.
Staff shall be instructed to maintain all external areas in a clean and presentable manner at all times.
A Challenge 25 proof of age policy shall be implemented on the premises and posters shall be displayed. Age Verification shall only be by a current passport, photo driving licence, forces’ ID cards or any card that carries a PASS logo.
