Authorised sale of: Intoxicating liquor of all descriptions; On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). The following non standard timings shall apply in respect of the licensable activities applicable: On the days/dates listed the below additional hours are to be permitted for the licensable activity (not including drinking up time):- Valentines Night 1 hr, Burns Night 1 hr, 1st March (St David’s) 1 hr, 17th March (St Patrick’s) 1 hr, Good Friday 1 hr, Easter Saturday 1 hr, Easter Monday 1 hr, 23rd April (St Georges) 1hr, May Bank Holiday (1st)1hr, May Bank Holiday (2nd) 1hr, August Bank Holiday 1 hr, 30th Nov (St Andrews) 1hr, Christmas Eve 1 hrs. The playing of recorded music is permitted 24 hours a day.
The company shall monitor the need for door supervisors and in so doing take into account any advice given by the Police. The pub manager shall be required to actively participate in and support the local Pubwatch scheme (where active). Text and/or radio pagers, where already used shall be used for any additional hours. Toughened glass shall be used. Where existing, CCTV system will continue to operate during the additional hours. Reasonable steps shall be taken to recognise the rights of local residents and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. Managers shall liase with local neighbours as part of their duties and resolve any reasonable concerns in accordance with the applicant's role in the Community Guidelines Policy No adult entertainment (paid for by the company, of a nude physical nature) shall be permitted at these premises. Any children under 16 shall remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and/or exterior area). Staff shall not be allowed to be in sole supervision of children, which remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.
