  1. General In the event of the aerodrome losing its CAA Licence then the premises licence will cease, save for the operation of the Wings Bar. Prevention of Crime and Disorder Full co-operation will be given to the Local Police Authority in respect of large outdoor events. (A major/large outdoor event is an event where it is likely to attract 3000 or more members of the public). This will include providing a

Written crowd control policy (including use of security staff and plastic glasses in outdoor areas). 28 days prior notice shall be given to the local police and licensing authority of any such event taking place. Public Safety Generic risk assessments for outdoor events shall be carried out and copies provided to the relevant responsible authorities at least 28 days prior to the event taking place. Generic risk assessments must show any changes or adaptations for each outdoor event, and the updated risk assessment provided to the relevant body, identifying the relevant changes at least 28 days prior to the event taking place. Aircraft activity at the site shall only take place as prescribed in the relevant planning permission. A contact telephone number shall be forwarded to the Licensing Authority prior to any large outdoor event to be manned throughout the performance. Sufficient lighting shall be provided for any large outdoor event to allow safe egress from the site following the performance. There shall be a safe system of work in place to ensure pedestrian and vehicle separation on site, including the car park area during any large outdoor event. RIDDOR reporting of any incidents shall be carried out within the appropriate guidelines. During any large outdoor event, sanitary provisions shall be located in an appropriate position, which shall not impede egress at the end of the performance. The following minimum sanitary facilities are required: Males:- WC x 8 Urinals x 20 Wash hand basins x 6 Females:- WC x 21 Wash hand basins x 8 Disabled:- Unisex x 2 A temporary grandstand, erected for any large outdoor event, will require an inspection from the Building Control Department, who shall be advised of this matter. Kent Fire Brigade will be invited to inspect the premises prior to any large outdoor event being held and submit any conditions that need to be adhered to.
