  1. CCTV will be operating 24 hrs with images retained for a minimum of 28 days. Warning notices will be displayed in public areas of the premises and at all entrances advising that CCTV is in operation in compliance with Data Protection Act 2002. Staff will be fully trained to identify and challenge / any underage purchase. A proof of age policy will be enforced along with challenge
  2. Refusal / incident logbook will be maintained with full details of all occurrences of disorder and refused alcohol sales at the premises will be recorded. The incident book will be kept on the premises at all times and will be made available for inspection by local authorities and the police. Proxy purchase will be challenged and reported to relevant authorities. A crime prevention policy in place and all staff will be trained on age restricted products. The licence holder will ensure that all staff receive appropriate training about emergency and general safety precautions and procedures. The licence holder will ensure that all staff are aware of their social and legal obligations and their responsibilities regarding the sale of alcohol.
