  1. Alcohol will only be sold in the downstairs restaurant ancillary to a table meal or those waiting to be seated in the restaurant.
  2. Alcohol will only be sold at the upstairs bar to those attending a pre booked function with food or to those who have already consumed a table meal in the downstairs restaurant.
  3. There shall be no admittance to the premises solely for the purpose of drinking alcohol.
  4. No-one under the age of 18 years will be served, or permitted to consume, alcohol on the premises.
  5. At least three SIA registered door supervisors shall be on duty from 19.00 hours every Friday and Saturday and on Sundays preceding a Bank Holiday and at any time when entertainment is being provided, until the premises are closed and all customers have left the premises and the immediate vicinity.
  6. All SIA registered door staff shall receive training on induction and thereafter annually on: a) the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Premises Licence; and b) the operation of event risk assessments; search policy and dispersal policies. Such training shall be recorded, a version of which must be kept in English, and these records shall be made available to any police or community support officer or authorised person on request.
  7. The use of the first floor balcony outside area shall cease at 21:30 hours daily, save for customers who are smoking. For the avoidance of doubt customers using this outside balcony area after 21:30 hours shall not be permitted to take any food or dinks with them.
  8. When a pre-booked function is being conducted, a minimum of one personal licence holder shall be present on duty throughout the event.
  9. The details of any private function booking shall be recorded and those records retained for a period of 6 months. These records to include the following: a. the full name and address of the person making the booking together with their mobile and home telephone numbers and e-mail address; b. a clear copy of photographic identification of the person making the booking; and c. the nature of the booking and the number of patrons expected. d. An event-specific risk assessment shall be completed by the DPS and/or Premises Licence Holder prior to any function being held. This assessment shall be recorded and available for inspection immediately by any police, community support or other authorised officer, on demand. e. no cash payments will be accepted for deposits or full payments by individuals or groups. Payment shall be made by debit or credit card, electronic payment such as PayPal, etc.
  10. 10.. All doors and windows shall be kept closed when any entertainment is taking place, except for ingress and egress.
  11. Clear and legible signage shall be prominently displayed at all exit doors, reminding patrons to leave quietly.
  12. When any entertainment is taking place the lobbied door system shall be used.
  13. The CCTV system serving the premises (in accordance with Home Office Guidelines) shall: a. be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b. make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol and facial images of the purchasers of the alcohol and at every point of entry; and c. show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
  14. A member of staff who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system shall be on duty at all times and be able to show police images immediately should an incident occur.
  15. All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days.
  16. The original CCTV images or a copy shall be provided to any police officer community support officer or authorised person immediately on demand of a request having been made in a format that can be viewed on readily available equip
  17. The Premises will install and maintain in full working order (by 1st November 2019) a noise limiting device within the Premises. The calibration of the limiter will be set by agreement with the Local Authority so as to ensure that local residents do not experience noise from the Premises that would constitute a public nuisance.
  18. After 23:00 hours all windows shall be closed and remain closed.
  19. A member of staff shall be on duty to monitor compliance with use of the outside areas after 21.00 hours.
  20. The use of the side outside area shall wholly cease at 21.00 hours. The use of the front outside areas shall cease at 21.30 hours save for customers who are smoking. Customers who are outside after 21.30 hours shall not be permitted to take any food or drink with them.

The Premises Licence Holder or DPS shall ensure that at least two members of staff shall be fully trained in the use of the CCTV and will be able to download the CCTV in a playable format on demand by the Police or authorised officer of the Council. One member of staff who is fully trained in the use of the CCTV shall be on the premises at all times when the premise is open to the public.
  24. The CCTV system must be checked daily to ensure that it is fully operational in compliance with condition
  25. Such checks shall record the date and time of each check and be signed by the individual who has undertaken the check.
  26. An easily identifiable dedicated welfare officer shall be on duty at all times when licensable activities are taking place at the premises
  27. All staff shall receive vulnerability training every 6 months and the records of the training must be logged and records kept on the premises, and made available to the Police or an authorised officer of the Council upon request
  28. All staff whose responsibilities include the sale of alcohol shall receive training on induction and thereafter annually, with refresher training provided every six months, on: a) the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Premises Licence; b) the prevention of unlawful sales of alcohol, and the likely consequence of making an unlawful sale, which shall include: i. the operation of the Challenge scheme; ii. types of acceptable ID; iii. the method of recording challenges; iv. refusing sales of alcohol to persons who appear to be drunk; and v. preventing proxy sales; c) the operation of the CCTV equipment; and d) drug awareness, which shall include training on the drugs policy applicable to the premises; e) the operation of event risk assessments; search policy and dispersal policies; and f) all staff shall be trained in crime scene preservation' Such training shall be recorded, a version of which must be kept in English, and these records shall be made available to any police or community support officer or authorised person on request.
