Licence conditions (33)

That there shall be no admissions to the premises after 23:00 hours.
That signs will be displayed in the function room asking customers to leave quietly.
The premises shall close 30 minutes after the time for cessation of the sale of alcohol.
Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23.00 hours to 07.00 hours the following day) noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential properties.
Subject to the front door not having to be kept locked open for public safety reasons, then it shall be kept shut from 23:00 hours and at all other times when quiz nights are taking place.
For the purpose of paragraph 6(8) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 this licence is subject to the effect of restrictions contained in the Licensing Act 1964 and the Children and Young Persons Act 1933,which include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the hours authorised under this licence, however this restriction does not prohibit:
During the first twenty minutes after the authorised hour the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
The consumption of alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises;
The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces;
The taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there;
The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or
The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, if the alcohol is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
ii) No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the hours when alcohol may be sold or supplied, unless one of the following applies:
He/she is the child of the holder of the Premises Licence;
He/she resides in the premises, but is not employed there;
He/she is in the bar solely for the purposes of passing to or from some other part of the premises which is not a bar and to or from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress;
The bar is in railway refreshment rooms or other premises constructed, fitted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancillary.
Note: In this condition bar includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is usual for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of table meals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as an ancillary to their table meals).
iii) No child shall be employed:
So long as he is under the age of fourteen years;
To do any work other than light work;
Before the close of school hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
Before seven o'clock in the morning or after seven o'clock in the evening on any day;
For more than two hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
For more than two hours on any Sunday;
Five hours in any day on which he is not required to attend school, and which is not a Sunday;
For more than thirty-five hours or, if he is under the age of fifteen years, for more than twenty-five hours in any week in which he is not required to attend school;
For more than four hours in any day without a rest break of one hour; or
At any time in a year unless at that time he has had, or could still have, during a period in the year in which he is not required to attend school, at least two consecutive weeks without employment.
iv) a) Where there is provided in any building an entertainment for children, or an entertainment at which the majority of the persons attending are children, then, if the number of children attending the entertainment exceeds one hundred, it shall be the duty
