Licence conditions (12)

When the premises are open to the public, there shall be an adequate number of staff on duty to ensure the care and safety of all persons on the premises.
Facilities will be available to members and their guests only.
Children No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies:
(1) He is the child of the holder of the premises licence.
(2) He resides in the premises, but is not employed there.
(3) He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of the premises which is not a bar and to or from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress.
(4) The bar is in premises constructed, fitted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancillary.
(5) (a) He is in an area shown on the plan attached to the licence (b) Meals and non-alcoholic beverages are available for sale for consumption in that area. (c) He is in the company of a person aged 18 or over. (d) He is there: (i) prior to 9 p.m. or (ii) between 9 p.m. and 9.30 pm where he or the said person is consuming a meal purchased before 9 p.m. In this condition ?bar? includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is usual for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of table meals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as an ancillary to their table meals. Recorded Music Public entertainment by way of music and singing which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound is permitted without any hours limitation Private Entertainment Dancing, music or other entertainment of the like kind which is not a public entertainment but which is promoted for private gain is permitted without any hour?s limitation. Protection of Children If more than one hundred persons under 14 (?juniors?) are attending an entertainment for juniors or an entertainment at which the majority of those attending are juniors, there shall be sufficient adult attendants, properly instructed as to their duties: (a) to prevent more juniors or other persons being admitted to the building or part thereof than the building or part can properly accommodate; and (b) to control the movement of juniors and other persons admitted while entering and leaving the building or part; and to take all reasonable precautions for the safety of the children. No person under the age of 17 years shall take part in any performance in which his life or limbs are endangered. Existing Conditions
Sale of alcohol to be limited to Members, guests, and other bona fide visitors.
A list of the names addresses of all members shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand for inspection by a constable in uniform.
No applications for occasional licences under Section 180 licensing act 1964 except within the cartilage of the premises.
To surrender existing licence. Conditions for Children?s Certificate Meals and beverages other than intoxicating liquor must be available for sale or consumption in the area to which the certificate relates to at all times when the certificate is operational
