Licence conditions (16)

Children No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies:
(1) He is the child of the holder of the premises licence.
(2) He resides in the premises, but is not employed there.
(3) He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of the premises which is not a bar and to or from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress.
(4) The bar is in railway refreshment rooms or other premises constructed, fitted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancillary. In this condition "bar" includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is usual for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of table meals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as an ancillary to their table meals. Private Entertainment Dancing, music or other entertainment of the like kind which is not a public entertainment but which is promoted for private gain is permitted without any hours limitation. Protection of Children If more than one hundred persons under 14 ("juniors") are attending an entertainment for juniors or an entertainment at which the majority of those attending are juniors, there shall be sufficient adult attendants, properly instructed as to their duties: (a) to prevent more juniors or other persons being admitted to the building or part thereof than the building or part can properly accommodate; and (b) to control the movement of juniors and other persons admitted while entering and leaving the building or part; and to take all reasonable precautions for the safety of the children. No person under the age of 17 years shall take part in any performance in which his life or limbs are endangered. Conditions from previous licence
No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises.
No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied to anybody under 18 years of age.
There shall be the appropriate club rules which shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority. Notice of any alteration to the rules shall be given to the Licensing Authority within 7 days of such alteration.
A list of the names addresses of all members of the club shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand for inspection to a constable in uniform.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
Two SIA registered door supervisors shall be on the premises during public pre arranged events where music & dance is supplied between the hours of 20:00hrs until the close of the event.
Six CCTV cameras shall be installed at the premises and kept in good working order at all times. The CCTV shall be continually recording and all images retained by way of video or a digital system for a minimum of thirty days. The Licensing Authority and local Police Authority shall have access to these images at all reasonable times. Public Safety:- No additional conditions Prevention of Public Nuisance:-
Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
The licenceholder/DPS, Manager or other responsible person shall regularly monitor for noise, all outside areas, during performances of regulated entertainment.
All doors and windows will be kept closed after 2100hrs when live or recorded music, dance or karaoke or amplified sound or voice is taking place save for the purposes of access or egress to the premises.
The volume of music or sound will be controlled so that no noise is discernible inside the nearest noise sensitive dwelling. Protection of Children from Harm No additional conditions
