Licence conditions (15)

The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by the London Borough of Bexley.
At all times that regulated entertainment in the form of live or recorded music is provided, all windows serving the function room shall be kept closed.
At all times that regulated entertainment in the form of live or recorded music is provided, all external doors from the function room shall be kept closed except for access or egress.
During the night hours (23.00 hours to 07.00 hours the following day), the external (smoking) area to the rear of the function room shall be used for smoking only and for no other purpose. No food, alcohol, drinks containers, bottles or glasses are to be taken into the area when it is in use for smoking only.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that a member of staff is on duty to monitor compliance with the use of the smoking area after 23:00 hours.
Clear and legible notices shall be displayed in the smoking area and at all exits advising customers to keep noise to a minimum.
On Friday and Saturday night checks shall be made outside the premises after 23:00 hours to ensure that there is no noise nuisance. A record of such check shall be maintained in the doorman?s diary.
The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 21" scheme. Whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years or over, any person who appears under 21 years of age shall be required to provide proof of age using an acceptable form of ID.
Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 21" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises.
The only acceptable forms of ID that may be accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a: a. proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; b. passport; c. UK photo driving licence; or d. other ID with the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority.
A book, or other form of record, shall be kept in which the date, time and circumstances under which any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 21" scheme shall be recorded. The "challenge book", or other form of record, shall be made available for inspection by any police, community support or authorised Council officers upon demand.
Staff shall receive regular training on the prevention of underage sales. Such training shall be recorded and these records shall, on request, be made available immediately to the Licensing Authority or Bexley Police.
At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence the CCTV system serving the premises shall: a. be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b. show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made and all images shall be retained for a period of not less than 7 days. c. The original, or a copy of the CCTV recording, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person. d. Copies of CCTV recordings shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
Alcohol shall only be supplied and consumed by members, their bona fide guests, associates, their guests and persons attending a pre booked function.
Alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
