  1. Staff shall receive regular training on licensing provisions. Such training shall be recorded and these records shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority or Police.
  2. A CCTV system, recording both the exterior and interior of the premises, shall be maintained fully operational at all times.
  3. That recordings from the CCTV system shall be kept for a period of not less than 31 days and such recording shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority or Police.
  4. The alarm system shall be maintained fully operational at all times.
  5. The premises shall operate in accordance with the ¿challenge 21¿ scheme. This scheme operates on the basis that whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years and over anyone who appears under 21 years of age will be asked for ID. Notices to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises.
  6. The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a passport, driving licence and those accredited with ¿PASS¿.
  7. Any refusals to sell alcohol shall be detailed in a ¿Refusal Book¿, which shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority or Police.
  8. Spirits shall be located behind the counter area.
  9. There shall be an external security shutter in place when the premises are closed.
