The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Think 25" scheme. Signage advising the public of this scheme shall be clearly displayed at the front entrance of the store, at all alcohol displays and at all till points.
Staff shall receive regular training on the prevention of underage sales. Such training shall be recorded and these records shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority and Police.
The only forms of acceptable ID shall be a: o proof of age card bearing the "PASS" hologram logo; o passport; o photo driving licence;
Ordinarily, at all times when the premises operate in accordance with this Licence CCTV cameras shall: o be operational; o be kept in good working order; and o show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days for use by the Licensing Authority or Authorised Person.
A till prompt will appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of their responsibilities, including not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
Every member of the management team, one of whom will be on duty at all times that the premises is open, will have been awarded the BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders.
