S.49(3) Licensing Act 1964:- There shall be no alteration of the rules of the club without the consent of the Licensing Authority so as to authorise sales of intoxicating liquor not already authorised under the rules except such sales as permitted by S.49(4) of the Act.

members and guests to be encouraged to order taxis through the bar staff. Bar staff to advise all taxis to use the club driveway and not to wait on the public highway and/or sound their horn
